Bethel Jaguars (Vallejo, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hercules Titans (Hercules, CA), 59-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Bethel upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Jaguars host Benicia (Benicia, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Benicia lost 81-71 in their recent league bout against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA)

Next up, the Titans clash with the El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA) in a Tri-County - Stone bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Hercules will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record.
