The McCallum Knights basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Navarro Vikings to 19 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin for a 5A Region III District 24 contest on Tuesday, January 23. McCallum will battle a Raptors team coming off a 63-45 non-league win over Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Raptors record now stands at 15-7.
The Vikings (3-18) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast Early College (Austin, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A Region III District 24 contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, Northeast Early College was routed by LBJ Austin (Austin, TX), 61-45, in a league contest.
