The McCallum Knights basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Navarro Vikings to 12 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin for a 5A Region III District 24 contest on Tuesday, December 12. McCallum will battle a Raptors team coming off a 51-46 non-league loss to San Marcos (San Marcos, TX). The Raptors record now stands at 7-5.

The Vikings (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northeast Early College (Austin, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A Region III District 24 contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Northeast Early College was routed by LBJ Austin (Austin, TX), 67-31, in a league contest.
