Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA), 60-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Norcross upgrades its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Wheeler (Marietta, GA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 13-5. Wheeler won 96-53 in their recent league bout against Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Meadowcreek will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 15-9 record after their 62-30 league win over Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL).
