With the victory, Wheeler upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Clarendon (Clarendon, TX) to play the Broncos in a 2A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Clarendon lost 45-39 in their recent league challenge against Wellington (Wellington, TX)

Next up, the Indians play the Memphis Cyclones (Memphis, TX) in a 2A Region I District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Quanah will attempt to upgrade on its 15-10 season record. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 56-30 league win over Shamrock (Shamrock, TX).
