In Friday's league outing, the Champlain Valley Union Redhawks (Hinesburg, VT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Rice Memorial Green Knights (South Burlington, VT), by a margin of 70-32.
The Redhawks (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Hornets go into the Metro outing with a 8-3 record. In their last outing, Essex smashed Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT), 51-37, in a non-league outing.
