The South Hills Scorpions basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was overwhelmed 37-13 in Friday's league battle with the host Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX)
The Parrots now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Everman for a 5A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, January 23. Polytechnic will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 39-34 league loss to Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-11.
The Scorpions (3-26) will now prepare for their battle against Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region I District 6 battle with a 3-16 record. In their last battle, Trimble Tech trounced North Side (Fort Worth, TX), 35-30, in a league battle.
