Texas High School Basketball - South Hills edged by Polytechnic

The South Hills Scorpions basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was nudged 25-21 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX)

The Parrots now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Everman for a 5A Region I District 6 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Polytechnic will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-34 league loss to Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.

The Scorpions (2-20) will now prepare for their battle against Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region I District 6 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Trimble Tech was nudged by North Side (Fort Worth, TX), 31-26, in a league battle.
