With the victory, Smithfield improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Sentinels travel to Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI) to confront the Mounties in a Division 2 challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Mounties come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Mount St. Charles Academy won 49-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Crittenden County (Marion, KY)

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Prout will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Clippers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 62-11 league win over Woonsocket (Woonsocket, RI).
