With the win, Wethersfield upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Flying Geese host ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL) to clash with the Cougars in a Lincoln Trail bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-6. ROWVA/Williamsfield lost 58-40 in their recent league bout against Annawan (Annawan, IL)

Next up, the Rebels clash with the Biggsville West Central Heat (Biggsville, IL) in a Lincoln Trail bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Stark County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Heat go into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 51-40 non-league loss to Macomb (Macomb, IL).
