In Tuesday's league outing, the Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX), by a margin of 60-41.

The Bulldogs (11-11) will now prepare for their outing against Lubbock (Lubbock, TX). The Westerners go into the 5A Region I District 4 outing with a 6-16 record. In their last outing, Lubbock was beaten by Abilene (Abilene, TX), 57-31, in a league outing.
