The Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Forest City Indians to 44 in the Golden Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Bears now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Hancock for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Bishop Garrigan will battle a Eagles team coming off a 50-41 league loss to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.
The Indians (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs enter the North Iowa contest with a 5-6 record.
