The Forest City Indians (Forest City, IA) basketball knocked off the host Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears (Algona, IA), 58-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Indians (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs go into the North Iowa test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Lake Mills notched a victory over North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA), 39-36, in a league test.
The Golden Bears now own a 20-2 record. They play next when they travel to West Hancock for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. Bishop Garrigan will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 48-30 league loss to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-14.
