The Lions now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Cecilia Academy for a Division II-AA Middle battle on Thursday, January 4. Christ Presbyterian Academy will battle a Scarabs team coming off a 68-22 league loss to Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN). The Scarabs record now stands at 3-3.

The Mustangs (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Irish come into the Division II-AA Middle battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Father Ryan prevailed over Brentwood Academy (Brentwood, TN), 40-29, in a league battle.
