Tennessee High School Basketball - Lipscomb Academy can't hold off Christ Presbyterian Academy

The Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Lipscomb Academy Mustangs to 53 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Cecilia Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Christ Presbyterian Academy will battle a Scarabs team coming off a 57-21 league loss to Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN). The Scarabs record now stands at 3-8.
The Mustangs (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Irish enter the Division II-AA Middle contest with a 15-1 record.
