Next, the Mustangs clash with the All Saints Episcopal School Patriots (Lubbock, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 1 outing, on Saturday, January 4. Holy Cross Catholic Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 16-2 season record. The Patriots come into the outing with a 12-6 record after their 63-33 league win over San Jacinto Christian Academy (Amarillo, TX).

The Crusaders (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Kingdom Prep Academy (Lubbock, TX). The Warriors come into the TAPPS 2A District 1 outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Kingdom Prep Academy was overwhelmed by Southcrest Christian (Lubbock, TX), 40-29, in a league outing.
