The Tawas Area Braves topped the visiting Oscoda Owls basketball team by a final score of 53-40 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Braves face the Ogemaw Heights Falcons (West Branch, MI) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 24. Tawas Area will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 5-4 record after their 67-38 non-league win over Gladwin (Gladwin, MI).
