Woodland Baptist Christian Eagles (Winston-Salem, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Alamance Christian (Graham, NC), 49-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Woodland Baptist Christian upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Eagles host Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 18-2. Fellowship Baptist Academy won 71-35 in their recent non-league bout against Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC)

Next up, the play the Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 24. Alamance Christian will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record.
