The Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners basketball team (Phoenix, AZ), was nudged 30-27 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels (Tucson, AZ)
The Sentinels now possess a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington School for the Deaf for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind will confront a Terriers team coming off a 85-21 non-league win over Utah School for the Deaf & Blind (Ogden, UT). The Terriers record now stands at 8-7.
The Roadrunners (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Washington School for the Deaf (Vancouver, WA). The Terriers come into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Washington School for the Deaf edged Utah School for the Deaf & Blind (Ogden, UT), 85-21, in a non-league battle.
