The Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels basketball team (Tucson, AZ), was nudged 41-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Phoenix, AZ)
The Roadrunners now possess a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cicero Prep Academy for a 1A East battle on Tuesday, January 31. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf will confront a Centurions team coming off a 59-50 league win over Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Centurions record now stands at 14-9.
The Sentinels (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against Patagonia (Patagonia, AZ). The Lobos come into the non-league battle with a 8-18 record. In their last battle, Patagonia edged Lourdes Catholic (Nogales, AZ), 69-61, in a league battle.
