Kentucky High School Basketball - Hancock County thwarts Meade County

The Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) basketball knocked off the visiting Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY), 59-45 in Friday's league test.

The Hornets (11-8) will now prepare for their test against Ohio County (Hartford, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 16-3 record.

The Green Waves now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Hart County for a non-league test on Monday, January 23.
