In Friday's league outing, the Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Maricopa Indians (Maricopa, CA), by a score of 101-23.

The Lions now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shining Light Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. Valley Christian Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 85-60 league win over Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 10-7.

The Indians (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against San Luis Obispo Classical Academy (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Grizzlies come into the Coast Valley contest with a 8-3 record.
