The Barrington Fillies/Broncos basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Conant Cougars to 35 in the Fillies/Broncos league victory on Friday.
The Fillies/Broncos now sport a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schaumburg for a Mid-Suburban - West contest on Tuesday, January 24. Barrington will battle a Saxons team coming off a 41-9 league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 14-9.
The Cougars (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Pirates come into the Mid-Suburban - West contest with a 14-11 record. In their last contest, Palatine prevailed over Mundelein (Mundelein, IL), 30-23, in a non-league contest.
