The Glasgow Scotties basketball team (Glasgow, KY), was nudged 42-37 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY)

The Falcons now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edmonson County for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Monroe County will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 25-21 league loss to Butler County (Morgantown, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-3.

The Scotties (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Green County (Greensburg, KY). The Dragons come into the non-league battle with a 9-2 record.
