In Friday's league outing, the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) basketball squad felled the visiting Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL), by a margin of 49-31.
The Trevians (14-10) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 0-21 record. In their last outing, Oak Park-River Forest was beaten by Lyons (LaGrange, IL), 65-19, in a league outing.
The Spartans now own a 15-7 record. They play next when they host Maine West for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 24. Glenbrook North will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 44-36 non-league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 7-14.
