The Harrold Hornets (Harrold, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Northside Indians (Vernon, TX), 87-43 in Friday's league test.
The Hornets (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Benjamin (Benjamin, TX). The Mustangs go into the 1A Region II District 16 test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Benjamin walloped Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX), 48-10, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Crowell for a 1A Region II District 16 test on Monday, January 23. Northside will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 54-47 league loss to Electra (Electra, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-7.
