The Horseshoe Bend Generals basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Reeltown Rebels to 50 in the Generals league triumph on Friday.

The Generals now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanett for a 2A Area 6 contest on Friday, January 27. Horseshoe Bend will meet a Panthers team coming off a 70-22 league win over Reeltown (Notasulga, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 13-2.
