Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL), 50-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Horseshoe Bend upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season.
