The Kirby Prep Griffins basketball team (Santa Cruz, CA), was toppled 42-29 in Friday's league battle with the host Oakwood Hawks (Morgan Hill, CA)
The Hawks now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anzar for a PCAL - Arroyo battle on Tuesday, January 24. Oakwood will confront a Hawks team coming off a 26-14 non-league loss to Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-7.
