The Nezperce Nighthawks basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Kootenai Warriors to 4 in the Nighthawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John Bosco Academy for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, January 24. Nezperce will meet a Patriots team coming off a 37-27 non-league loss to Cascade (Cascade, ID). The Patriots record now stands at 1-8.

The Warriors (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mullan (Mullan, ID). The Tigers enter the 1A North Star contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Mullan triumphed over Kootenai (Harrison, ID), 51-12, in a league contest.
