Nezperce Nighthawks (Nezperce, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kootenai Warriors (Harrison, ID), 51-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Nezperce upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Nighthawks host Kamiah (Kamiah, ID) to play the Kubs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Kubs go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Kamiah won 46-37 in their recent league bout against Potlatch (Potlatch, ID)

Next up, the Warriors play the Mullan Tigers (Mullan, ID) in a 1A North Star bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Kootenai will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 57-30 non-league loss to Wallace (Wallace, ID).
