The Honaker Tigers basketball team (Honaker, VA), was nudged 34-33 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA)
The Golden Wave now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Council for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24.
The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
