With the victory, South Stokes improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Sauras travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to play the Granite Bears in a challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Granite Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Mount Airy won 47-43 in their recent non-league challenge against East Wilkes (Ronda, NC)

Next up, the Trojans play the Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Alleghany will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Buckin' Elks come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 43-35 non-league loss to North Stokes (Danbury, NC).
