The Towns County Indians routed the visiting Aquinas Fightin' Irish basketball team by a final score of 72-30 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Indians face the Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) in a A D2 Region 8 game, on Tuesday, January 23. Towns County will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 4-12 record after their 53-41 league loss to Warren County (Warrenton, GA).
