In Saturday's league outing, the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Bloomsburg Panthers (Bloomsburg, PA), by a count of 51-32.
The Lancers (14-1) will now prepare for their outing against Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Defenders go into the Heartland III outing with a 7-6 record.
The Panthers now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Carmel for a Heartland III outing on Tuesday, January 23.
