The Fieldcrest Knights basketball team scored 50 points and held the host El Paso-Gridley Titans to 45 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a Heart of Illinois contest on Tuesday, January 23. Fieldcrest will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Downs, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 17-6.

The Titans (18-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fisher (Fisher, IL). The Bunnies enter the Heart of Illinois contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Fisher was nudged by LeRoy (LeRoy, IL), 57-52, in a non-league contest.
