New Jersey High School Basketball - McNair Academic topped by Memorial

The Memorial Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting McNair Academic Cougars to 26 in the Tigers league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dickinson for a Hudson County - National contest on Tuesday, January 23. Memorial will battle a Rams team coming off a 41-30 non-league loss to Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 4-12.
The Cougars (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against American History (Newark, NJ). The Bald Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, American History dropped by Newark/Marion (Newark, NY), 59-20, in a non-league contest.
