The Braves (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Holmes (Covington, KY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record.

In their next game, the Rebels encounter the Eminence Warriors (Eminence, KY) in a District 31 challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Owen County will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Fort Knox (Fort Knox, KY).
