Eufaula Ironheads (Eufaula, OK) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Checotah Wildcats (Checotah, OK), 64-49 in a non-league contest.
The Ironheads (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Henryetta (Henryetta, OK). The Knights go into the Big Eight Star contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Henryetta was toppled by Beggs (Beggs, OK), 65-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 21. Checotah will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record.
