Tennessee Vikings (Bristol, TN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Abingdon Falcons (Abingdon, VA), 62-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tennessee upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Vikings host Unicoi County (Erwin, TN) to play the Blue Devils in a 3A District 1 bout on Friday, January 27. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 17-6.
Next up, the Falcons play the Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA) in a Mountain bout, on Friday, January 27. Abingdon will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record.
