Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Meek Tigers (Arley, AL) and the host Addison Bulldogs (Addison, AL), saw Meek's basketball squad hold off Addison by a tally of 49-47.
With the victory, Meek improves its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Sumiton Christian (Sumiton, AL) to confront the Eagles in a 1A Area 13 challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-10.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Danville Hawks (Danville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Addison will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record.
