With the victory, Drew Central upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Pirates host Harmony Grove (Camden, AR) to play the Hornets in a 3A Region 8 challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Harmony Grove lost 83-68 in their recent league challenge against Dollarway (Pine Bluff, AR)

Next up, the Buckaroos play the DeWitt Dragons (DeWitt, AR) in a 3A Region 8 challenge, on Wednesday, January 25. Smackover will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 78-40 league loss to Dumas (Dumas, AR).
