Virginia High School Basketball - Life Christian Academy can't hold off Virginia Episcopal School

The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Life Christian Academy Eagles to 36 in the Bishops league victory on Saturday.

The Bishops now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Cross for a VISAA Division II contest on Tuesday, January 24. Virginia Episcopal School will battle a Raiders team coming off a 68-63 non-league loss to Carlisle (Axton, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-6.

The Eagles (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA). The Mighty Oaks come into the Tidewater Independent contest with a 13-8 record.
