Life Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Mavericks enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 46-42 non-league loss to Combine Academy (Lincolnton, NC).

With the defeat, Virginia Episcopal School moves to 3-12 on the year. The Bishops travel to Blue Ridge (St. George, VA) to face the Barons in a VISAA Division I game on Tuesday, January 10. The Barons enter the game with a record of 9-4. Blue Ridge lost 60-54 in their recent non-league game against Winston-Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC)
