The Stanhope Elmore Mustangs basketball team (Millbrook, AL), dropped 58-46 in Saturday's league battle with the host Wetumpka Indians (Wetumpka, AL)
The Indians now possess a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carver Montgomery for a 6A Area 3 battle on Friday, January 27. Wetumpka will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 77-30 non-league win over Lee (Montgomery, AL). The Wolverines record now stands at 20-2.
The Mustangs (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Holtville (Deatsville, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 21-3 record.
