The Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) basketball crushed the host Turner Lions (Carrollton, TX), 86-46 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Scots now possess a 19-4 record. They play next when they host Wakeland for a 5A Region II District 12 bout on Friday, January 24. Highland Park will play a Wolverines team coming off a 64-33 league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Wolverines record now stands at 18-9.
With the loss, Turner falls to 12-11 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Creekview (Carrollton, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 5A Region II District 12 bout on Friday, January 24. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 8-18. Creekview lost 71-56 in their recent league bout against Lone Star (Frisco, TX)
