The Rahway Indians basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting New Providence Pioneers to 54 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Rahway will confront a Raiders team coming off a 62-44 non-league win over Summit (Summit, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, New Providence falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Hillside (Hillside, NJ) to confront the Comets in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Comets go into the game with a record of 8-6. Hillside won 69-59 in their recent non-league game against Barringer (Newark, NJ)
