The Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) basketball were winner over the visiting Woodbridge Barrons (Woodbridge, NJ), 63-50 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Bombers now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Perth Amboy for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. Sayreville will play a Panthers team coming off a 70-47 non-league loss to East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Woodbridge falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Barrons host North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ) to play the Canucks in a Greater Middlesex - White bout on Thursday, January 23. The Canucks go into the bout with a record of 4-10. North Plainfield lost 58-49 in their recent league bout against Edison (Edison, NJ)
