The Desert Mountain Wolves basketball squad (Scottsdale, AZ), was crushed 68-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ)

With the victory, Arizona College Prep advances its record to 8-9 on the year. The Knights host Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Pride in a 5A East Sky test on Thursday, January 23. The Pride come into the test with a record of 5-13. Mountain Pointe lost 53-19 in their recent league test against Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Wolves (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Firebirds come into the 5A East Sky test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Chaparral was overwhelmed by Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ), 58-52, in a league test.
