The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) and the visiting Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME), observed Yarmouth's basketball team edge Lake Region by a score of 41-34.
The Clippers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Fryeburg edged Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME), 35-12, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lakers battle the Poland Knights (Poland, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Lake Region will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record.
